Junior Automation Engineer

Job Summary
We are looking for a passionate and driven Junior Automation Engineer to join our team. This entry-level role is ideal for individuals with a basic understanding of Python, an enthusiasm for automation, and an eagerness to work with tools like Gen AI and N8N. You will assist in automating workflows and processes while gaining hands-on experience in a dynamic environment.
Key Responsibilities
- Design and implement automation workflows to optimize business processes.
- Collaborate with the team to develop AI-driven solutions using Retrieval-Augmented Generation (RAG).
- Work with N8N to create and manage workflow automation systems.
- Utilize Zapier for seamless integrations and process enhancements.
- Develop and integrate AI models with tools like LangChain and Flowise.
- Experiment with graph-based systems using LangGraph to enhance automation capabilities.
- Experiment with graph-based/agentic systems using LangGraph, PydanticAI, or ControlFlow to enhance automation capabilities.
- Perform statistical and mathematical analysis to optimize solutions and ensure efficiency.
- Document processes, workflows, and best practices for internal use.
Preferred Bonus/Skills:
- Experience with LangSmith Evaluations, Datasets, Experiments, and Annotations.
Qualifications
Technical Skills:
- Basic knowledge of Python programming.
- Familiarity with tools like N8N, Zapier, LangChain, LangGraph, and Flowise (or eagerness to learn).
- Understanding of Retrieval-Augmented Generation (RAG) techniques.
- Strong foundation in mathematics and statistics, with an emphasis on problem-solving.
- Knowledge of APIs and integration processes is a plus.

Education & Experience:

- Prior internship or project experience in automation or related areas is a plus but not mandatory.
