About the Role
We’re looking for a Data & AI Engineer to join our team. You’ll work at the intersection of data engineering and AI building reliable data pipelines, designing data models, and implementing AI-driven solutions that power real business outcomes. This role requires someone who can own problems end-to-end, from raw data ingestion to production-ready systems.
What You’ll Do
- Design, build, and maintain scalable ETL/ELT pipelines to process and transform large volumes of data
- Develop and optimize data models (dimensional modeling, star/snowflake schemas) for analytics and reporting
- Build and deploy AI/ML solutions including predictive models, NLP pipelines, and machine learning workflows
- Develop agentic AI systems using LLMs, RAG pipelines, and automation tools (n8n, OpenAI Agents, LangChain)
- Write clean, production-grade Python code for data processing, automation, and API development.
- Work with cloud data platforms (BigQuery, Snowflake, AWS)
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to translate business requirements into technical solutions
- Monitor, troubleshoot, and optimize data systems for performance and reliability
What We’re Looking For
- Hands on experience in Data or AI engineering, or a similar domain
- Strong software engineering fundamentals clean code, version control (Git), testing, debugging
- Proficiency in Python and SQL
- Familiarity with cloud platforms (AWS, GCP, or Azure) and modern data warehouses (BigQuery, Snowflake, Redshift)
- Exposure to AI/ML concepts bonus if you’ve worked with LLMs, LangChain, or built RAG pipelines
- Solid communication skills, able to explain technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders
- Quick learner with a problem-solving mindset comfortable with ambiguity and evolving requirements.
- Ability to work independently and take ownership of deliverables
Nice to Have
- Staying up-to-date with the latest trends in AI and data engineering
- Experience in Django Framework
- Familiarity with BI tools (Looker Studio, Power BI, Tableau)
- Experience working with remote/international clients or distributed teams
