Job Summary
We are looking for a motivated and detail-oriented Junior Web Analytics Specialist to join our team. This role is perfect for recent graduates or professionals with 1–2 years of experience in web analytics or digital marketing. You will assist in monitoring, analyzing, and optimizing website performance while gaining hands-on experience with industry-leading tools and technologies.
Key Responsibilities
- Assist in tracking and analyzing website performance metrics, such as traffic, user behavior, and conversion rates.
- Support the implementation and management of website tags using Google Tag Manager (GTM). GA4, Looker, Big Query
- Collaborate with marketing and development teams to improve user experience and site performance.
- Help ensure accurate data collection by auditing analytics setups and resolving discrepancies.
- Stay updated on web analytics trends and best practices to support team initiatives.
- Provide support for SEO and SEM strategies by analyzing and reporting relevant metrics.
Preferred Bonus/Skills:
- Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Statistics, Computer Science, or a related field.
Qualifications
Technical Skills:
- Basic understanding of web analytics tools like Google Analytics (GA4),
- Familiarity with Google Tag Manager (GTM) for tracking and tagging.
- Proficiency in Excel and exposure to visualization tools like Power BI, Tableau, or Looker.
- Awareness of SEO and SEM fundamentals.
- Proficiency in Excel.
