Five engagements. One honest scope each.

Clear scope. Fixed delivery. Ongoing ownership when you need it.

A scan, a defined fix, a rebuild and ongoing Shopify ownership are different jobs. We explain the scope, decision points and next step before asking you to commit.

How to engage

Start at the point of greatest uncertainty.

01

Free Shopify Scan

Free · Get an honest external read before deciding whether a deeper review is useful.

An external first look at selected public storefront, search and technical signals. It identifies where a deeper conversation may be useful and clearly states what it cannot verify. Run the free scan.

  • Public storefront structure and discoverability cues
  • Selected performance and technical signals
  • Search-facing implementation review
  • States its own limits before you commit to anything

Best when: Anyone with a live Shopify store who wants an honest first read.

Deep Audit

Free · Put a person on the findings that need access, context, and prioritisation.

A free human-verified review for a problem that needs access, context and prioritisation. The outcome is a clearer finding, an agreed next step and an honest statement of what remains unknown.

  • Verifies the scan's findings against real access and context
  • Separates observed fact from assumption
  • Agrees the next priority with you
  • Names what is still unknown rather than guessing

Best when: Stores where the scan surfaced something worth a closer look.

The Fix

$7,500 flat · Repair the defined mechanisms, verify the work, and establish monitoring.

Up to 100 development hours. A defined engagement to repair prioritised mechanisms, re-scan the relevant surface and establish agreed monitoring. Work that exceeds the boundary becomes an explicit rebuild, migration or managed-engineering scope.

  • Up to 100 development hours
  • Repairs the mechanisms prioritised in the Deep Audit
  • Re-scan of the relevant surface after delivery
  • Agreed monitoring so the fix is checked, not assumed

Best when: A defined, bounded repair with a fixed price and a fixed hour cap.

Rebuild or migration

Custom scope · Plan a structural change around the store, data model, and operating reality.

For a storefront, platform, data-model or operations change that needs a phased scope. Price, timeline and delivery plan follow discovery rather than a generic package. Scope changes with the source platform, catalogue and customer-data volume, URL inventory, template depth, content, Markets, subscriptions, apps, integrations, B2B rules, test environments and cutover constraints.

  • Phased scope built around your data model and operations
  • Price and timeline set after discovery, not before
  • Covers replatforming, migration and structural rebuilds

Best when: Stores that have outgrown a fix and need a phased rebuild or migration.

Managed ecommerce

Custom scope · Keep one accountable team close to releases, operations, and improvement.

For an ongoing ownership relationship covering agreed Shopify engineering, release management, operational continuity, improvement and reporting. Capacity, response boundaries and client responsibilities are written into the engagement. Scope changes with release cadence, engineering capacity, catalogue workload, app and integration ownership, coverage window, reporting and operational responsibilities.

  • Agreed Shopify engineering and release management
  • Operational continuity and ongoing improvement
  • Regular reporting on what changed and why
  • Written capacity, response boundaries and responsibilities

Best when: Stores that want ongoing ownership, not another vendor relationship.

Questions about the engagement

Where should we start?

Start with the free Shopify Scan when you want an external first read. If it surfaces a finding that needs access, context, and prioritisation, the next step is a free, human-verified Revenue Intelligence Report walkthrough.

Is the walkthrough really free?

Yes. When the scan shows a useful fit, a person verifies the relevant findings, separates fact from assumption, and agrees the next priority with you. You are not charged for that review.

What is included in The Fix?

The Fix is $7,500 flat for up to 100 development hours. It covers the bounded repair scope agreed after diagnosis, a re-scan of the relevant surface, and agreed monitoring. It is not an open-ended rebuild commitment.

When does the work become a custom scope?

A rebuild or migration is scoped after discovery because the platform, data model, integrations, and operating constraints change the work. Managed ecommerce is also custom because capacity, release responsibilities, and response boundaries must be written around the store.

You should know what we are responsible for, what you are responsible for and what changes the scope before work begins.
