Paid Media Management

Paid media that stays accountable to the store and the numbers.

We plan and manage Meta and Google Ads for Shopify teams when offer, creative, conversion and measurement need one operating rhythm, not four separate vendors.

Spend is useful only when the next decision is clear

We connect campaign decisions to the offer, creative, landing experience, product feed and measurement underneath them. If the store is not ready for more traffic, we say so before increasing spend.

The platform report is not the whole commerce decision.

Campaign performance can look healthy while the store, margin or measurement layer tells a different story.
  • Spend outruns measurement

Budgets rise before conversion events, consent and attribution limits are understood.
  • Creative and landing pages drift apart

The ad makes one promise while the product page, offer or checkout creates a different experience.
  • Platform ROAS becomes the answer

Self-attributed reporting is treated as certainty instead of one signal in a wider decision.
  • Changes have no decision record

Campaign edits, budget moves and creative tests happen without a written reason or review point.

Campaigns, conversion and measurement stay in one working system.

Scope follows channel mix, markets, catalogue complexity, creative volume and testing cadence.
  • Account and measurement review

We review access, account structure, conversion events, consent, product feeds and the reporting baseline before launch.
  • Meta and Google campaign architecture

Campaigns are structured around the commercial objective, audience, catalogue and the decisions the team needs to make.
  • Creative testing system

We turn hypotheses into briefs, variants and a test log. Production volume and source-asset ownership are agreed in scope.
  • Storefront coordination

Ads, offers, landing pages, product detail and checkout changes are reviewed as one customer path.
  • Budget pacing and guardrails

The client approves budgets, thresholds and material reallocations. Platform spend is paid directly by the client.
  • Reporting and decision log

We report delivery, on-site behaviour and conversion signals, then record what changes, what holds and what remains uncertain.

Every cycle ends with a documented decision.

We do not optimise toward activity. We operate toward an agreed commercial question and a clear next move.
  1. 01

    Establish readiness

Confirm the offer, account access, feed, storefront path, measurement and commercial guardrails.
  2. 02

    Set the plan

Agree channels, audiences, budget, creative hypotheses, landing destinations and review cadence.
  3. 03

    Launch with QA

Verify campaign delivery, URLs, product data, events and approval state before meaningful spend ramps.
  4. 04

    Operate and learn

Review spend, delivery, creative, on-site behaviour and conversion evidence against the agreed baseline.
  5. 05

    Scale, stop or reshape

Record the decision, its evidence and the next threshold instead of making silent budget moves.
Delivery standard

You can see what changed, why it changed and what happened next.

We keep launch QA, campaign and creative changes, budget approvals, landing-page decisions and weekly interpretation in a shared operating record. We do not promise ROAS or publish paid-media outcome claims without a named client, baseline, method, period and permission.

Common questions

Which paid-media channels do you manage?

Meta Ads and Google Ads are the core channels. We scope one or both according to the offer, audience, catalogue, market and measurement readiness rather than forcing every account into the same mix.

Who pays the advertising platforms?

The client owns the ad accounts and pays platform spend directly. Our service fee and any creative-production scope are agreed separately from media spend.

Is creative production included?

Creative strategy, hypotheses and test briefs can sit inside the operating programme. The volume and format of design, photography or video production are scoped explicitly so there is no implied unlimited creative.

Do you guarantee ROAS or revenue?

No. Results depend on the offer, price, margin, creative, competition, storefront, inventory, seasonality and measurement quality. We agree guardrails and report what the available evidence supports.

What needs to be ready before launch?

We need client-owned account access, an approved budget, a viable offer, usable source assets, a functioning purchase journey, product-feed readiness where relevant and measurement strong enough to support the decisions being made.
