Rashmi Kumari is a couture house that was running its entire order pipeline through Instagram DMs and WhatsApp. No storefront. No checkout. No way to quote international buyers in their own currency.

We built the Shopify store, set up geolocation-based multi-currency, automated order notifications over email and WhatsApp, and now run the day-to-day store operations.

Container One sells shipping containers across 300 depot locations to 70,000+ customers. The Shopify store ran on a custom PHP stack that had been working for years, with pricing for the whole network living in a Google Sheet and shipping costs being calculated by legacy logic that quietly lost the business a few hundred dollars on every order.

We started with Memox, our AI sales assistant. Then we patched the pricing leak, closed the critical security gaps, and got version control in place. Now we are building Container One Hub, the central system that replaces the whole custom stack underneath the store.

Boop Body is a Pakistani activewear and lifestyle brand selling apparel online across the country. We designed and built the entire Shopify store from scratch on a custom theme, layered in market-specific shipping and payment rules, wired up marketing automation across email and WhatsApp, built custom automations the team would have managed by hand otherwise, and now run the store day to day. The brand handles the creative. We handle everything else.
