Everything described in our deliverables: endpoint management, 24/7 helpdesk, network monitoring, cloud management, patching, and monthly reporting. No per-ticket fees, no hourly add-ons. Hardware procurement and one-time project work are scoped and quoted separately.
How long does onboarding take?
Typical onboarding takes 2–4 weeks. We transition monitoring, helpdesk, and management with zero downtime. Your team continues working normally while we take over behind the scenes.
What if we already have internal IT staff?
Perfect. We complement internal IT teams — handling the day-to-day management, helpdesk, and monitoring while your internal people focus on strategic projects. Many of our clients have a 1–2 person IT team that we support rather than replace.
