Attribution Setup

Attribution That Survives iOS. Data You Can Trust.

Server-side tracking, multi-touch attribution models, Conversions API implementation, and data modeling that reconciles platform discrepancies. Built for marketing teams spending $50K+/month on ads who need one number they can trust.

The Problem

Your attribution model is broken. Here’s what that costs you.

iOS Privacy Changes Gutted Your Tracking

iOS 14 cut your Facebook conversion data by 30–50%. Apple’s ATT framework turned your retargeting audiences into Swiss cheese. Your Meta ROAS collapsed overnight — not because your ads got worse, but because your tracking stopped seeing the conversions.

Every Platform Takes Full Credit

Google says it drove 100 conversions. Meta says 80. TikTok says 30. Your actual conversion count is 120. Each platform claims credit for every touchpoint it was part of — and nobody deduplicates. You’re over-counting conversions by 50–80%.

Budget Allocation Based on Bad Data

Your quarterly budget review uses platform-reported ROAS numbers that everyone in the room suspects are wrong. But without a trusted alternative, you default to what Meta and Google tell you. The cost of bad attribution isn’t the tool — it’s the misallocated spend.
How We Fix It

Attribution infrastructure, not just pixel management

1

Attribution Audit

We audit your current tracking setup: every pixel, every tag, every conversion event. We map where data flows, where it breaks, and where platform numbers diverge. You get a gap analysis showing exactly how much data you’re losing.

2

Server-Side Tracking

We deploy server-side tracking through server GTM. Data flows from your server to platforms — bypassing ad blockers, cookie restrictions, and iOS privacy features. Meta Conversions API, Google enhanced conversions, and TikTok Events API go live.

3

Multi-Touch Attribution

We implement attribution models that credit every touchpoint proportionally — not the last-click fiction that most platforms default to. First-touch, linear, time-decay, or custom-weighted models. One model, one dashboard, one truth.

4

Data Modeling & Reconciliation

Platform numbers get reconciled through data modeling. We build a unified view that shows actual conversions, actual revenue per channel, and actual ROAS — not platform-reported vanity metrics.

FAQ

Common questions

We’ve tried fixing attribution before. What’s different?

Most attribution “fixes” are pixel-level patches — updating a tag, adding server-side events to one platform, or buying another attribution tool. We rebuild the infrastructure: server-side collection, clean data layer, unified attribution model, and reconciled dashboards. Our 94% data accuracy rate across 35+ setups comes from treating this as an engineering problem, not a configuration task.

How does server-side tracking actually work?

Instead of your visitor’s browser sending data to Meta, Google, and other platforms (which gets blocked by ad blockers and iOS privacy), your server sends it. When a conversion happens, your server fires the event directly to each platform’s API. The data is more complete, more accurate, and more resilient to browser-side limitations.

What attribution model should we use?

It depends on your sales cycle and channel mix. Short purchase cycles (DTC ecommerce) often work well with time-decay or position-based models. Longer cycles (B2B, considered purchases) benefit from custom-weighted models. We’ll recommend the right model during the audit — and we can run multiple models in parallel so you can compare.

Will this disrupt our live ad campaigns?

No. Server-side tracking runs in parallel with your existing setup. We validate accuracy before making any changes. Your campaigns keep running without interruption while your data improves underneath.

How do you handle the agency white-label model?

We stay invisible. Your clients see your agency’s branding on dashboards and reports. Communication flows through your team. Pricing is flexible — per-client, per-project, or retainer. We’re your technical backend, not a competing agency.

“We went from ‘nobody knows which number is right’ to one dashboard everyone trusts. That alone justified the investment within the first month.”
